We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our Norwegian Customer Support team.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
  • Delivering accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right procedures
  • Being the owner of customer queries and ensuring timely resolution and response
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Crafting an exceptional customer experience that people value and we are proud of
  • Following management direction and providing feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native or proficient level of Norwegian (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • A desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
  • Local candidacy or willingness to relocate to historic Athens, Greece
