Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece.

This role involves providing technical support to online business clients through various communication channels. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online business platforms and assist users with understanding and maximizing the functionalities of our products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential, along with proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece for the position.
