We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our technical support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels.

Your strong technical skills, positive problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide seamless support to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in Polish, has good technical skills, and a passion for working with people. If you are a quick learner, enjoy helping others, and are eager to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you
