Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Danish-speaking representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's electronics products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to discuss customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep skills sharp and stay informed about product updates.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
