  • Job Description: Provide technical support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers in understanding and utilizing our technology and services effectively, document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately, collaborate with team members to drive improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction, participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in tech support or customer service is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
