Want to make use of your language and technology skills? As a customer advisor you will represent a worldwide brand, integrate a multicultural environment and develop customer relationships granting the best experience for the customer.
The role involves troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents and system training. You will also offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Our ideal candidate should have fluency in Danish (C2 level or native) and good knowledge of English (B2 level). A typing speed of twenty five words per minute, availability to work in rotating shifts and good computer skills are also required.
Excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills as well as good time management skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Team spirit and flexibility are also highly valued.
The benefits of working with us include paid travel expenses, accommodation in a hotel for the first fourteen days while we look for a house according to your expectations. We offer a renewable contract of twelve months, health coverage and private healthcare. The salary is attractive with a performance bonus and working hours are forty hours per week equal to eight hours per day and five days a week.
As part of our onboarding process you will receive Greek lessons which will help you integrate into the local culture. Furthermore we cover the real estate agency fee.
