We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will also be required to efficiently resolve customer queries and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively and with a positive approach.

Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer queries and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and targets.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and technology.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and with a positive approach.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural environment in Greece.
