Relocation to Athens, Greece, offers a unique chance to join a dynamic team in the tobacco industry. As a German Speaking Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to tobacco products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tobacco or related industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
