We are looking for a talented Polish-speaking professional to join our customer support team.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for customer requests. This is a great opportunity to develop strong communication skills and represent one of the world's most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry.
You will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless customer experience. You will also respond to inquiries about products and resolve issues as they arise in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Polish language
- Very good use of English language (written and spoken)
- Work experience in customer support or customer care is considered an asset
- Highly developed communication skills
- A genuine problem-solving mentality and deep sense of ownership
- Tech savviness and learning agility
