Travel Industry Customer Service Representative

We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for Spanish speakers to join our Airline Reservations Department as Customer Service Representatives.
About the Role- Assist customers with making reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide support to Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to their trips.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer's travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will work closely with a dedicated team to achieve department goals and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
Requirements- Nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- Experience in customer service or travel reservations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
