Travel Industry Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Reservations Department.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries related to airline reservations efficiently via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information on flight availability, prices, and travel policies.
- Assist customers in making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service enhancement and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in French is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application documents.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction.
