This position requires an individual who is passionate about travel and possesses excellent customer service skills, providing support to Spanish-speaking clients and ensuring they have a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
- Flight Information: Assist customers with inquiries about flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel-related policies.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Booking Management: Process bookings and modifications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the airline's products and services to assist customers better.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Organization Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility: A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
