We're seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Czech/Slovak-English Travel Customer Service team, working in Greece.
About the RoleYou'll be part of creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while expanding your knowledge in the travel industry. As an Associate, you'll provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' queries, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers efficiently
- Conduct research to resolve customer issues promptly
- Be the first point of contact for accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries
- Provide accurate information using relevant tools and processes
- Ensure high-quality partner service and experience
What You Bring to the Role
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service, tourism, or hospitality experience
- Strong product knowledge and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Able to relocate to Greece and obtain work authorization
