Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their travel-related inquiries and issues over the phone, email, and social media platforms. This includes answering questions about our services, resolving complaints, and providing information on flight schedules, itineraries, and bookings.
You will also be responsible for promoting our flight add-on products to customers, such as travel insurance and seat upgrades. This involves having a strong understanding of our product offerings and being able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will work closely with our reservation systems to manage customer requests, process cancellations and rebookings, and handle force majeure situations.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to empathize with customers, remain composed under pressure, and provide solutions to complex problems.
We are seeking someone who is fluent in Italian and has a good understanding of English. Previous experience in the customer service sector is essential, as is the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
