Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for restaurant partners and end customers, handling inbound communication via calls, chats, and tickets. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use, as well as providing professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels.
You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth, reliable, and satisfying delivery experiences for users. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask between platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication skills in Swedish
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written communication
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is not required, but is an asset
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
