Kazakh Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of Kazakh and fluency in Russian, and very good use of English both in written and spoken language.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, utilizing phone calls, e-mails and chats to provide a seamless customer experience. They will also respond to inquiries about products, resolve issues as they arise, and turn every customer into a happy customer.
The role requires highly developed communication skills, a genuine problem-solving mentality, and a deep sense of ownership. Additionally, tech savviness and learning agility are essential. As a customer-facing representative, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and support to our customers.
