
Travel Expert for International Customers

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries and guide them through their dream destinations.
The successful candidate will be able to handle incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users, manage reservations, special requests and complaints, research travel options tailored to each customer's preferences, modify reservations based on client needs, process payments and travel cancelations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Manage customer bookings and resolve issues
- Research and recommend travel options
- Process payments and travel cancelations
Requirements:
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Danish
- Good communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle unexpected changes
- Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
