About the Job:
As a Finnish-speaking customer expert, you will be supporting customers of a multinational electronics company based in Greece. Your tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing how-to-use steps for newly purchased devices, and guiding them through repair processes if needed.
You will work effectively as part of a team, develop supportive relationships with colleagues and management, and strive towards customer retention and loyalty. To succeed in this role, you will need fluency in Finnish, excellent writing skills, good command of English, and soft skills such as politeness and multitasking abilities.
