Finnish Language Support Specialist for Electronic Payment Devices

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finnish language support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retailers, merchants, and shop owners using POS electronic payment devices.

The role involves being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, answering inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them efficiently. You will also strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to POS devices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration)
  • Fluency in Finnish and excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
