We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, with excellent communication skills in Czech and English. You will be working within the Airline Reservations Department, assisting customers with their travel needs through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients, resolving issues and promoting a positive experience.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries about airline services.
- Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and procedures to provide timely and accurate information.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
