About the Role- This position involves delivering outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and tour packages.
- You will be responsible for assisting customers with booking processes, itinerary changes, and general travel-related questions.
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and promotional offers to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience and address any customer concerns.
- Stay updated on trends in the travel industry and our offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and familiarization with online booking systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
