Czech Speaking Guest Services Representative

You will assist Czech-speaking customers with their hotel reservations, inquiries, and other hospitality-related needs, ensuring they have memorable experiences. Be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support in the exciting world of hospitality.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and inquiries.
- Ensure all interactions are handled professionally and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservation details.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your hospitality knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
- Strong passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
