Customer Service Representative for Travel and Tour Packages

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. This role is ideal for individuals who love travel and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and concerns regarding travel and tour packages.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, itinerary changes, and travel-related issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain clear records.
- Stay informed about the latest travel packages, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
