Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This role allows you to engage with Spanish-speaking clients and assist them in planning their dream vacations.
Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to travel and tour package options, ensuring they receive accurate and comprehensive information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's travel offerings, promotions, and policies to provide exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel and tour package options.
- Manage customer bookings and provide updates on itineraries.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's travel offerings, promotions, and policies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
