Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in Italian, assisting customers with inquiries related to travel and tour packages.
  • Guide customers in choosing the best travel options that align with their preferences and budgets.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers and internal teams to stay updated on the latest offers and travel regulations.
  • Engage in proactive communication with customers, following up on inquiries and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the travel and tourism industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • A passion for travel and a willingness to share knowledge about destinations and experiences with customers.
