The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing travel inquiries and booking requests. \Responsibilities\- Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing travel inquiries and booking requests.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process, providing information about travel options, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working towards quick and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure seamless service and support for clients.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or tourism industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.
- Capable of handling complex inquiries and resolving issues efficiently under pressure.
