Customer Service Representative Opportunity
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and returns.
Gather customer information and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Document customer interactions accurately to support quality improvement initiatives.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle difficult customer interactions effectively and professionally.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with online retail platforms and a passion for the e-commerce sector.
