Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed information on account management, gaming products, promotions, and transactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on gaming regulations, company policies, and new product launches.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of online gaming environments and customer service practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer support technologies and standard office software.
- A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
