About the RoleYou will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and promotions to offer accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Pursue ongoing training to expand knowledge of e-commerce trends and customer service best practices.
- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written; English proficiency is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
