We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our e-commerce team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and policies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries about the online retail platform.

Requirements:
