We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Online Marketplace Platform Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding the online marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, product listings, transactions, and platform features.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address complex customer needs.
  • Educate customers on platform features, policies, and best practices to maximize their usage of the marketplace.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of the platform and customer service processes.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
