**Αρμοδιότητες**:
Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Ενημέρωση πελατών για την εξέλιξη των παραγγελιών
Επικοινωνία με τις εταιρείες courier για την διεκπεραίωση των αποστολών
Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικών παραγγελιών
Διαχείριση αλλαγών/επιστροφών
Καταχώρηση τηλεφωνικών παραγγελιών
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή στις πωλήσεις
Ευχέρεια στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία & στον γραπτό λόγο
Καλή γνώση χρήσης PC & πληκτρολόγησης
Καλή γνώση MS Office
Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού & οργάνωσης
