Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent (Entry Level / Freshers)
Are you ready for an exciting career move abroad? We're looking for motivated Greek-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our international team This is a onsite position, in Athens.
What you'll be doing:
Help customers by phone, email, or chat — providing friendly, helpful support (no sales involved)
Answer questions about products, services, or orders
Solve problems and ensure customers are happy
Work as part of a supportive team, even while remote
Keep clear records of your customer interactions
What we're looking for:
Fluent Greek (C1 level or native)
Positive attitude, team spirit, and problem-solving mindset
Availability for a 24/7 shift rotation
No previous experience needed — we'll provide full training
