Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries about e-learning services, courses, and platform functionalities via phone, email, and live chat in Greek
- Guide users through the registration process, course selection, and troubleshooting any technical issues
- Provide information on educational resources and support services available to students and educators
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with instructional design and support teams to enhance user experience
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and platform updates to better assist users
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in education technology
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in using customer service software and e-learning platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
