Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the aviation industry. If you are passionate about travel and customer service, this role is perfect for you You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to flights, travel services, and airline policies while providing top-notch service in Greek.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding airline services, flight bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat in Greek
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel documentation
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure a seamless service experience
- Collaborate with airline staff and operational teams to coordinate customer requests effectively
- Stay updated on aviation industry regulations and policies to assist customers accurately
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle varying customer situations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant technology
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
