In this role, you will provide critical support to clients and partners engaging with our biotechnology products and services, using your fluency in Dutch to ensure clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Educate clients on product features, usage, and compliance with regulations
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams for solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with sales and product teams to improve customer experience
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of biotechnology advancements

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in biotechnology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and approachable manner
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
