Key Responsibilities – Dutch Customer Support, Greece BPO- Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, accurately responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Listen empathetically to customer concerns and deliver professional, effective solutions in line with company policies and service standards.
- Manage a range of requests from customers regarding products, services, or accounts—always focusing on delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Stay informed on product updates, campaigns, and internal systems, ensuring each customer interaction is confident and knowledgeable.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior team members or relevant departments, striving for quick and satisfactory outcomes.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system in compliance with data protection and company procedures.
- Engage with colleagues in a multicultural and inclusive environment, actively contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Participate in continuous learning and training opportunities to maintain and improve service excellence.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; working knowledge of English is required for training and internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality, or similar roles is an advantage, but highly motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Genuine interest in helping people, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to use CRM systems, email platforms, and live chat tools effectively.
- Well organised, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented, respectful of different backgrounds and cultures, and able to thrive in a diverse workplace.
- Secondary education minimum; relevant further training or certifications are considered a plus.
