We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist to join our dynamic, multicultural team. This role is perfect for a fast learner who thrives in a challenging environment and is ready to take the next step.

Starting Date: January 23, 2026 The Role: What You Will Do

As a Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing expert support and technical troubleshooting. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and non-technical problems for our Dutch-speaking users, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, technical details, and troubleshooting steps in the company's internal systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (e.g., development, sales) to ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer issues.
Candidate Profile: Must-Haves
  • Language Fluency (Mandatory):
    • Dutch: Native or near-native level (C2).
    • English: Fluent (C1 level or equivalent).
  • Work Eligibility (Strict Requirements): You must possess one of the following:
    • EU Citizenship
    • Residence Card granting Full Market Access in Greece.
Desirable Skills (Good to Have)
  • Prior experience in a Customer Support, Technical Support, or Client Service role is a plus, but not mandatory. We value aptitude and a willingness to learn.
