As a Dutch Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our Dutch-speaking clients with their technical queries and support needs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective solutions, fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking end users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients efficiently.
- Provide clear guidance and support on product features and usage.
- Document all support requests and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and customer service delivery.
- Participate in training programs to continually develop product knowledge and technical skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
