As a vital member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate and troubleshoot issues related to their mobile products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding mobile applications and devices.
- Diagnose and resolve mobile-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing mobile features and functionalities.
- Document all customer interactions to support quality assurance and service improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and mobile products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong knowledge of mobile technology and applications.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills to relay technical information clearly.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A strong enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to helping customers
