Your Key Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality support to French-speaking customers regarding mobile applications and devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve mobile-related issues while providing effective advice and solutions.
  • Educate customers on mobile features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and resolutions for quality improvement.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
  • Engage in professional development and training to stay updated on mobile technology trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is crucial.
  • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong understanding of mobile technology and applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
