Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love technology and enjoy assisting customers with their mobile-related inquiries. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Spanish-speaking customers have a seamless experience with our mobile products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers specifically related to mobile applications and devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile-related issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Guide customers on how to use mobile features and address any questions they may have.
- Document detailed information on customer interactions for future reference and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer feedback is relayed effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge about our mobile offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong technical knowledge related to mobile technology and applications.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work well within a team.
- Passion for technology and a genuine desire to assist customers
