Your Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers to ensure they achieve their goals with our products and services.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Track customer engagement and satisfaction, providing feedback for improvements to our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about our services and market trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
