As a Customer Success Account Manager, youll ensure our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients achieve their goals, maximize value from our solutions, and have an exceptional experience every step of the way.

What Youll Do:Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges.
Monitor client success, adoption, and engagement to ensure maximum value.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and proactive solutions.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Passion for helping clients succeed and drive impact.
