Role Overview:

As a German Sales and Customer Account Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing client sales strategies and managing accounts. Based in Athens, with a hybrid work option, you will analyze performance, tackle sales and budget challenges, and provide innovative solutions to drive success while building long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy – Offer tailored advice to enhance client sales performance
  • Client Relations – Establish trust and clear communication to meet client needs effectively
  • Sales Planning – Design and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Performance Analysis – Review sales data to uncover opportunities for growth
  • Market Insights – Stay updated on industry trends to shape competitive initiatives
  • Reporting – Monitor key metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
