Role Overview:

You will be at the forefront of refining sales strategies and managing accounts. Based in Athens with the option for hybrid work, your responsibilities will include assessing performance, addressing sales challenges, and offering innovative solutions to drive growth, all while building strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized strategies to enhance client sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clear and proactive communication with clients
  • Plan and implement sales strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Stay up to date with market developments and industry trends to keep strategies competitive
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
