Do you enjoy talking to clients, finding the perfect advertising solution for their business and seeing campaigns deliver real results? We are looking for a friendly and proactive Spanish-speaking Ad-Sales Specialist to join a dynamic and international team in Athens.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with agencies and advertisers through phone, chat, and email
  • Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound outreach with quick, timely follow-ups
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most effective advertising solutions
  • Set up, run, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Monitor performance, spot trends, and proactively improve results
  • Guide clients to the right support when extra expertise is needed
  • Continuously help clients get the best possible outcome from their advertising
Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in Spanish and very good knowledge of English
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial mindset with a real drive to hit targets
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy and great at working in a team
  • Confident problem solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
