Role Overview:

You will be instrumental in enhancing client sales strategies and overseeing account management. Based in Athens, with the flexibility of hybrid work, you will assess performance, address sales and budget challenges, and offer creative solutions to drive growth while fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy – Offer tailored advice to enhance client sales performance
  • Client Relations – Establish trust and clear communication to meet client needs effectively
  • Sales Planning – Design and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Performance Analysis – Review sales data to uncover opportunities for growth
  • Market Insights – Stay updated on industry trends to shape competitive initiatives
  • Reporting – Monitor key metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
