Your main responsibilities:
- Engage daily with agencies and advertisers through phone, chat, and email
- Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound outreach with quick, timely follow-ups
- Understand client needs and recommend the most effective advertising solutions
- Set up, run, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor performance, spot trends, and proactively improve results
- Guide clients to the right support when extra expertise is needed
- Continuously help clients get the best possible outcome from their advertising
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in Czech and very good knowledge of English
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with a real drive to hit targets
- Quick learner, tech-savvy and great at working in a team
- Confident problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
