We are looking for a
Czech-speaking Ad-Sales Specialist
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll manage a mix of inbound warm leads and proactive outreach, requiring quick thinking, adaptability, and a results-driven approach. This is an exciting opportunity to combine consultative sales with digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients (agencies and advertisers) through phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize client campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Execute and monitor digital campaigns, tracking performance and success metrics.
  • Spot trends and proactively address challenges to improve campaign results.
  • Direct clients to specialized support when needed.
  • Enhance customer experience by promoting effective use of advertising products.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Czech (minimum C1) and strong English skills (minimum B2).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Commercial awareness, confidence, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience in transactional sales settings.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid full-time work permit (student visas not accepted).

Preferred Background

  • Experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms or performance marketing concepts.
